These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Rainier Dev, LLC, a Washington State limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the re:quoted mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
The Service is intended for use by businesses in the service industry. You represent that you are authorized to bind the business entity you register on behalf of, and that you are at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.
While currently in limited testing, re:quoted will require a paid monthly or yearly subscription after public launch. We may also offer optional paid features such as e-signatures, payments, or AI-based services. Fees are billed through our third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to modify pricing or introduce new charges. You will be notified in advance of any changes.

During early access testing, the Service may experience downtime or feature instability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain performance and respond to user support requests. No service credits or refunds will be provided for outages during this phase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If canceled, you will receive a prorated refund based on your billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and we may delete associated data.
The Service may interact with third-party tools such as payment processors or, in the future, accounting software and supplier APIs. We are not responsible for those third-party services or your use of them.
All content, software, and intellectual property associated with re:quoted are owned by Rainier Dev, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of business or profits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
